Painter & Decorator Required – March, Cambridgeshire

Location: March, Cambridgeshire

Rate: £21-£22 per hour

Duration: 1 week

Hours: 7:30am – 5:00pm

Paid Hours: 9 hours per day

Job Type: Temporary

Stridden Limited are recruiting on behalf of an established housing contractor who is looking for an experienced Painter & Decorator to work on a busy site in March, Cambridgeshire.

Responsibilities

• Paint site cabins, welfare units and drying rooms
• Work on 6 units in total, ranging in size
• Prepare surfaces and carry out work to a good standard
• Follow site health and safety procedures at all times

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous experience as a Painter & Decorator
• CSCS card preferred, ideally Blue Skilled Worker card
• Own standard painting equipment, including dust sheets, brushes, rollers and basic hand tools
• Good attitude and reliability
• Ability to carry out manual handling where required
• Ability to commute to site reliably
• One work reference available on application
