As a Receptionist, you will be one of the first impressions of The St.Regis London, guiding guests through a seamless and intuitive arrival, stay, and departure experience. You will take initiative, anticipate needs, and ensure every interaction feels effortless, personalised, and memorable. This is a role for a polished, service‑driven professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and embodies the art of refined hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional arrival and departure experience, ensuring each guest feels personally welcomed and valued
  • Guide guests throughout their stay, offering support with requests, information, and tailored recommendations
  • Process operational needs including check‑ins, check‑outs, payments, and daily reports
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond with intuitive, personalised service
  • Maintain accuracy and professionalism in all communications and transactions
  • Uphold safety, confidentiality, and company policies at all times
  • Support smooth lobby operations by moving confidently through the space and assisting where needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

Core Competencies

We are seeking a refined and service‑oriented professional who embodies the essence of luxury hospitality. You should have:

  • Qualification in Hospitality studies, degree standard or similar preferred
  • Relevant experience in a 5* property is desirable
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Possess the ability to work under pressure and have strong organisational skills
  • Great command of the English language, both spoken and written
  • Display a polite and professional attitude to internal and external guests
  • A passion for creating meaningful and memorable guest experiences
