Head Bartender

What you’ll do:

• Lead and coordinate the bar team, ensuring consistency and excellence in service
• Oversee cocktail preparation, presentation, and quality standards
• Develop and maintain the bar menu in line with the brand identity
• Manage stock, suppliers, inventories, and cost control
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company standards
• Create engaging, personalized guest experiences at the bar

Who you are:

• Proven experience as Head Bartender or Senior Bartender in high‑end venues
• Strong mixology skills and deep knowledge of spirits, wines, and beverages
• Natural leader with excellent organizational and communication skills
• Guest‑oriented mindset with attention to detail and service elegance
• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast‑paced fine dining environment
