Responsibilities

• Work in a fast‑paced, fun sporting environment, supporting bar and reception operations.
• Assist customers at the bar, creating rapport, encouraging repeat visits and maintaining high service standards during functions, parties or post‑match drinks.
• Support front‑of‑house reception duties, including computer literacy, cash handling, face‑to‑face enquiries and telephone sales.
• Work shifts that include evenings and weekends; bar work is included for both roles.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum age 18+.
• Strong, positive, sales‑and‑service driven attitude.
• Excellent communication skills; outgoing personality and ability to work under pressure.
• Computer literacy, cash handling experience and telephone sales skills.
• For bar staff: ability to manage a busy environment and present a smart appearance.
