Role Overview
Retail Artist – Selfridges, Exchange Square, Manchester (15 hours over 2 days, hourly rate £12.50, permanent contract). Bring high‑fashion, high‑style and forward‑thinking beauty to customers on counter, providing engaging and individualized service while meeting performance targets.
Responsibilities
- Deliver one‑to‑one sessions and events, using artistry skills and product expertise to ensure customers leave with confidence in NARS techniques.
- Create strong connections with customers through the brand’s history and high‑performance formulas.
- Use the customer engagement approach to generate brand loyalty for NARS and for yourself as an artist.
- Achieve and exceed performance targets set by the company.
- Maintain a daily commitment to the clients and to continuous creative growth.
Qualifications & Background
- Make‑up artistry or previous retail makeup experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self‑motivated and results‑driven.
