Job Purpose: To support the production of ceramic sample boards and assist with general warehouse operations, including order picking and site maintenance, ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient working environment.

Role Responsibilities:

• Work as part of a team to create ceramic sample boards to company standards.
• Cut ceramic tile samples (full training provided; PPE supplied).
• Assist with general warehouse duties, including stock handling and organisation.
• Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation across the warehouse and production areas.
• Support day‑to‑day operational needs as required.
• Responsibility for compliance and discharging legal duties with regards to HR and Health & Safety to promote a safe, equitable and legally compliant workplace.

Knowledge, Training, Qualifications and Experience Required:

• No prior experience required – full training provided.
• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a hands‑on environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and safety‑conscious.
• Heavy lifting / manual handling capability.
