Digital Print Operator – Worcestershire – £30k to £35k pa (depending on experience)

Overview

A printing company is recruiting an experienced digital print operator to manage the daily operation and maintenance of contemporary digital printing machinery.

Responsibilities

• Operate digital print machinery and adhere to production schedules.
• Minimise machine downtime and stoppages to maximise productivity.
• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
• Maintain high standards of quality and perform quality‑checking procedures.
• Adapt to new techniques and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience operating digital print machinery.
• IT competency, preferably familiarity with software such as Trueflow, Quadrant, or similar.
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a flexible, open‑minded team.

Shift System

The role operates on a two‑shift rota: AM Mon‑Fri and PM Mon‑Thu, rotating weekly.
