Senior Care Lead: Team Mentoring & Care Plans

Anchor Hanover Group is looking for a Senior Care Assistant in Corby. In this role, you will guide a team to ensure high care standards, manage medication, and update resident care plans. You will work on a permanent rolling rota of three shifts on, three off, totaling 42 hours weekly.

The ideal candidate will have or be working towards a Diploma/NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care. We seek caring individuals dedicated to improving our residents’ lives in a dynamic team environment.
