SEND Pastoral Support Worker – Behaviour & Wellbeing

Just Teachers Ltd is seeking a SEND Pastoral Support Worker for a secondary school in Northampton. This full-time role starts in September 2026 and ends in July 2027. The successful candidate will provide emotional and behavioural support for pupils with SEND.

Responsibilities include developing strategies for managing behaviour, liaising with teachers and external agencies, and monitoring pupil progress. Applicants should have experience supporting SEND pupils and be prepared to obtain DBS clearance.
