Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the Asset Management System to ensure the Service is compliant with all relevant legislation and regulations and the asset is achieving value for money
- Develop and deliver training in the use of the Asset Management System to all users as required
- Act as contract manager for the Asset Management Systems, including system development, problem solving, supplier performance and budgets
Qualifications & Experience
- NVQ 3 or equivalent vocational qualification in a related subject area
- Experience extracting data from and interrogating databases
- Proven experience with statistical collection and collation of data
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint and the internet
- Ability to design, develop and deliver training
Other Requirements
- Full current driving licence and ability to travel across Dorset and Wiltshire; use of own vehicle required; a service vehicle may be available but only manual transmission
