Our client is a highly successful, financially robust contractor with an outstanding reputation for delivering complex, high-profile schemes across the UK. Due to continued growth and a strong secured order book, they are seeking an Intermediate Planner to join the team on a landmark mixed-use student accommodation development in London.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a planner who wants greater responsibility, exposure to major projects and a clear route towards Senior Planner level within a business that genuinely invests in career progression.
The Role
– Supporting the planning and delivery of a major mixed-use student accommodation scheme.
– Developing and maintaining detailed construction programmes.
– Working closely with project teams, commercial teams and site management.
– Producing progress reports and programme updates.
– Assisting with risk analysis, mitigation planning and programme optimisation.
– Supporting tender and live project planning activities.
Requirements
– Experience in a planning role within the construction sector.
– Proficiency with Primavera P6.
– Experience working on residential, mixed-use, student accommodation or major building projects.
– Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
– Ambitious and eager to progress within a leading contractor environment.
