Overview
360 Excavator Operator – Cardiff Area. Mando Solutions is recruiting experienced operators for work in the Cardiff area with a national aggregate supplier and industry‑leading construction/civil engineering companies.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday. Optional weekend work available. Typical shifts are 10–12 hours per day.
Requirements
- Valid CPCS or NPORS card (with CSCS logo) – essential
- Proven experience operating 360 Excavator machinery
Additional Requirements
Full PPE.
Duties
- Operating a 360 Excavator safely and efficiently
- Supporting site operations and working within a team
- Completing daily checks and basic maintenance
- Following all health and safety procedures
