Seasonal Bridge Operator: Hands-On Waterway Access

Morson Human Resources Limited is recruiting Seasonal Waterway Operatives/Bridge Operators for the Gloucester Sharpness Canal. The role involves manually operating hand-wound bridges to ensure safe passage of boats and conducting daily checks to ensure safe operations.

Successful candidates will receive full training and PPE, and excellent customer service skills are essential as this role is customer-facing. Immediate start is sought with work expected from 8am to 6pm, likely 3 to 5 days a week until October 31st.
