Job Summary

Blue Mountain Homes Ltd (Axiom Supported Living) is seeking compassionate Support Workers to join our supported living services in Chesterfield. Established in 2018 and Ofsted registered since 2024, Axiom provides person‑centred support to individuals, empowering them to live independently, achieve personal goals and engage in their communities. This role involves both emotional support and practical assistance, helping individuals with routines, health, wellbeing, budgeting and social inclusion. Applicants must hold a valid manual UK/EU driving licence. Experience in care or support roles is preferred, but full training and therapeutic development opportunities are provided.
