We are currently working on a mandate for an Elite US firm who are looking for an experienced IP and technology transactional lawyer to join them asap on a 3-6 month FTC basis.
This London-based IP and Technology practice sits at the centre of some of the market’s most sophisticated transactions and strategic mandates, advising leading private equity sponsors, global corporates and high-growth businesses on the technology, intellectual property and data issues that drive value.
The team is known for combining top-tier transactional execution with commercially sharp, solution-oriented advice across complex M&A, carve-outs, licensing, digital infrastructure, AI, software and innovation-led matters.
The team is led by a highly regarded market figure with a reputation for building collaborative, high-performing teams.
