We’re recruiting a Leasing Assistant for a Build to Rent residential development in London.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, delivering excellent customer service and supporting the leasing of modern rental homes.
What you’ll be doing
- Conducting apartment viewings and managing enquiries
- Supporting residents throughout the lettings journey
- Assisting with move-ins, inspections and renewals
- Keeping listings and systems up to date
About you
- Experience in property and lettings
- Friendly, organised and proactive approach
- Interested in the growing Build to Rent sector
- Salary: £25,000 + Company Benefits
- Hours: 10am–7pm (32 paid hours per week)
