Senior Social Worker: Early Help Assessment (Hybrid)

Schools’ Choice is seeking an experienced Senior Social Worker to join a newly established Assessment and Intervention Team in Ipswich. This role involves undertaking assessments and working collaboratively within MASH to support families at the earliest stage.

The team is part of an innovative pilot to transform service delivery, focusing on early intervention and reducing statutory service demand. A hybrid working pattern is available, providing flexibility in the working environment.

Competitive hourly rates of up to £42 are offered, along with opportunities to influence service strategies.
