Dynamic Front-of-House Catering Assistant

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer focused Catering Assistant/FOH in the outskirts of Woodbridge Suffolk.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain dining room standards prior, during and after mealtimes.
• Replenish condiments, crockery/cutlery, and drinks.
• Provide efficient and friendly food service from the counter, liaising with the kitchen to ensure food quantity and quality is maintained throughout service, demonstrating knowledge of portion control.
• Assist in preparing basic breakfast items, sandwich fillings, and salad bar items to meet required standards.
• Always adhere to Food Safety and Health & Safety training and instruction provided.

Hours

• 37.5 hours over 5 days.
• Working days Monday – Sunday.
• Shifts are a mixture of 6:45am – 3pm or 11:45am – 8pm.

Requirements

• Enhanced DBS or willing to get one.
• Food Hygiene Level 2 or willing to get one.
• Customer focused; work well in a team and independently.

Location: Outskirts of Woodbridge, so ideally being on transport would be helpful if no accommodation is needed (accommodation can be arranged for the right candidate).

This assignment is from 2 months, May – July. Afterward, we can support you with further work.
