Residential Conveyancing Solicitor – 4+ PQE

Join a thriving Residential Property team at a leading Legal 500 firm in Suffolk. We’re seeking a skilled Solicitor (4+ PQE) to manage a high-quality caseload and contribute to a collaborative, client-focused department.
Key Areas of Work:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages and transfers of equity
- New build transactions and shared ownership
- Title checks, SDLT, and Land Registry submissions
- Liaising with agents, lenders, and clients to ensure smooth completions
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 4 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
- Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Ability to manage files independently from instruction to post-completion
- Proactive approach to business development and team collaboration
