Location: Ferndown

Salary: £12.71 per hour + OT @1.5X

Hours: Monday to Friday 38 h/week. Day Shift / Night Shift available.

We are currently seeking a skilled Production Operative to join our business partner in Ferndown. This role involves working multiple areas of the production process, including inspection, moulding, finishing, and despatch. The role involves operating machinery, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring efficient production to meet delivery targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate production machinery and equipment to achieve required output levels
• Manufacture products in line with quality standards and specifications
• Record production and quality data accurately as required
• Follow all health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment
• Carry out basic preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping across all work areas
• Perform product changeovers efficiently and in line with procedures
• Clean machinery and equipment as required
• Support other production activities as directed by supervisors or management
