A Tier-1 ranked Legal 100 firm is currently seeking an Solicitor (NQ-2 PQE) to join their highly regarded employment team. This position offers exposure to a wide range of employment law matters, working on a range of highly complex cases on the behalf of both individuals and corporations, dealing with high value and impactful matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload of employment matters, including on extremely high value matters for both individuals and corporations.
- Support senior team members and Partners with complex matters.
- Deliver outstanding client service, with relationship building and a sound understanding of client legal and commercial requirements.
- Conduct advocacy when required.
- Assist with the continued growth and development of the larger firm
Desired Skills and Experience:
- UK qualified Employment Solicitor NQ-2 PQE (other levels will be considered)
- A demonstrated track record within employment law.
- Strong academic background.
- Technically strong of employment law.
