Safety Documentation & Training Coordinator
Supporting safe, compliant, and well-managed operations.
Sodexo is seeking a highly organised and detail-focused individual to support the management of health & safety training, compliance documentation, and risk assessment processes.
The Role
You will ensure all training records and safety documentation are accurate, up to date, and audit-ready, while supporting managers in maintaining compliance and safe working practices.
Key Responsibilities
Training & Compliance
- Maintain training trackers and compliance databases
- Monitor mandatory training, including SSW and refresher schedules
- Issue reminders and coordinate training sessions
- Support onboarding and produce compliance reports
Documentation
- Maintain and update health & safety records and systems
- Support document control, reviews, and audits
Risk Assessments
- Administer and track risk assessments and SSW documentation
- Monitor review dates and follow up on actions
- Support incident documentation where required
Support & Communication
- Act as a point of contact for queries
- Work with managers to ensure compliance
- Promote a positive health & safety culture
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in H&S administration or compliance support
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Experience with training trackers or databases
- Good Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel)
- Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills
Desirable:
- Knowledge of SSW and risk assessments
- Facilities or operational environment experience
- IOSH/NEBOSH (or similar)
