Product Owner
Hybrid – Leeds City Centre (3 days onsite)
Circa £45,000 + benefits
We’re looking for a Product Owner to join a growing technology team, taking ownership of a client-facing SaaS platform that underpins how work is managed, tracked and improved.
This is a workflow-driven product where clarity, structure and strong collaboration with engineering are key.
You’ll work closely with developers and QA in a Scrum environment, shaping backlog priorities and supporting delivery from idea through to release.
The role
- Own and manage the product backlog for client-facing platforms and workflows
- Work closely with engineers and QA to support sprint delivery within a Scrum environment
- Translate client and operational needs into clear, testable requirements
- Prioritise work based on business impact, delivery commitments and platform direction
- Maintain visibility of priorities, progress and upcoming work
- Balance client-specific needs with scalable, reusable platform features
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and drive consistency across clients
- Ensure data and integrations are structured and support automation
- Provide clarity to stakeholders on priorities, trade-offs and dependencies
Your background
- Experience working as a Product Owner within an Agile/Scrum environment
- Comfortable working day-to-day with developers and technical teams
- Experience managing and prioritising a backlog
- Exposure to SaaS, B2B platforms, internal systems or workflow-driven products
- Confident engaging stakeholders and managing competing priorities
- Structured, pragmatic and able to bring clarity to evolving requirements
- A background in Business Analysis can be useful, but this role requires someone already operating in a Product Owner capacity.
- Jira (or similar tools) experience is helpful.
- Product certifications are welcome but not essential.
