We’re working exclusively with a high-growth performance marketing agency that partners with some of the UK’s most exciting e-commerce and DTC brands- and they need a Senior Paid Social Specialist to join their team immediately.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who thrives on data, loves performance creative and wants genuine ownership over client accounts.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
→ Leading paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and Pinterest for DTC clients
→ Owning creative strategy — building testing roadmaps, collaborating with designers, writing direct-response copy
→ Using tools like Triple Whale, Motion, Agency Analytics and Shopify to drive data-led decisions
→ Building strong client relationships and identifying growth opportunities
→ Contributing to a high-performance team culture built on continuous improvement
WHAT THEY’RE LOOKING FOR
→ 3+ years in paid social, ideally agency-side (strong in-house DTC considered)
→ Proven experience managing accounts with significant monthly ad spend
→ Solid understanding of performance creative and what makes ads convert
→ Confident with analytics and reporting platforms
→ A self-starter who takes ownership without being told
