Product Owner – Insurance Platform (London Market) | Up to £100,000 | Hybrid (London)
We are currently partnering with a global consulting and services provider specialising in the insurance sector, covering process, technology, and managed services, who are looking to hire an experienced Product Owner.
This is a key hire to take ownership of a flagship insurance platform delivering Agentic AI-driven solutions to clients across the London Market.
The Role
This position sits at the heart of a major digital transformation initiative. You’ll own a suite of AI-enabled insurance solutions, driving the roadmap, shaping product direction, and ensuring successful delivery to end clients.
You’ll also lead a team of 6 (primarily Business Analysts), making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys combining hands-on product ownership with team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the roadmap for a cutting-edge insurance platform
- Act as Product Owner for a suite of Agentic AI solutions
- Lead solutioning discussions across business and technology teams
- Engage with senior stakeholders across consulting, operations, and client teams
- Facilitate user sessions and gather feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Translate complex London Market insurance requirements into scalable product solutions
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Strong experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager within insurance or insurance technology
- Solid understanding of the London Market insurance landscape
- Proven track record delivering complex platform or digital products
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Highly Desirable:
- Background in InsurTech
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst
- Exposure to AI-driven, automation, or data-led solutions
