Blue Legal are partnering with a national law firm to recruit a Bid Manager to join their one of their UK offices on a 12 month FTC basis, specialising in Social Housing and Local Government. This role will suit an experienced Senior Bids Professional with a proven ability to excel in fast-paced bid environments
The Responsibilities
- Lead bid kick-off meetings and coordinate the collection of required content and information
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of a diverse portfolio of bids and tender
- Work alongside partners and subject matter experts to develop winning strategies and value proposition
- Draft, edit, refine, and proofread persuasive bid responses, including technical content, ensuring alignment with agreed messaging
- Prepare CVs, team profiles, and supporting bid documentation
- Organise and coordinate presentation rehearsals
- Provide guidance and support to presentation teams to maximise performance
- Develop presentation materials and supporting collateral
The Candidate
- Proven track record in Bid Management within legal or professional services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with the ability to build senior level relationships and collaborate effectively across teams.
