Responsibilities

  • Ensure stock levels of parts are checked and maintained on internal stock monitoring systems, planning ahead.
  • Order and deliver parts effectively so other departments can meet their SLA’s.
  • Accurately record all parts data in the ERP system.
  • Build strong working relationships with suppliers and internal departments regarding stock levels and parts needs.
  • Manage and update system re‑order points as demand for parts changes.
  • Pick and pack parts for field engineers, ensuring delivery via Bybox within required timeframe.

Qualifications

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using MS Office, especially Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Ability to work with figures and update systems with accurate data.
  • Tenacious, proactive and responsive to deadlines.
  • IT proficiency; experience with bespoke systems is an advantage.
