Graduate Accounts Assistant

Overview

A successful accounts practice is seeking a capable graduate with a keen desire to build a career in accountancy, to join the team based in Richmond, Surrey. This is an office-based role, so you will be in the office 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside the Senior Accountant to deliver an exceptional experience for a portfolio of clients.
• Bookkeeping, VAT returns, financial reporting and reconciliations.
• Exposure to domestic and international tax, administration of client affairs and the preparation of sole-trader accounts (as applicable).

Qualifications

• Highly numerate graduate with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Accounting qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
