- Ensuring buildings insurance policies are checked and renewed when required.
- Maintaining records for contractors.
- Welcoming visitors to the office.
- Answering emails and telephone calls in the office, taking messages and resolving customer enquiries.
- Managing energy contracts, renewals and invoices.
- Sourcing new contractors for various works as required.
- Carrying out House Manager positions at various developments.
- Testing the Fire Alarm weekly and Emergency Lighting monthly, keeping a record.
- Email Merges and Communications to directors and residents within the Block Developments.
