Based within our Home Support Adult’s team in Motherwell you will be part of a team leading on service developments, contributing to the promotion of social work values and support development and maintenance of best practice and monitoring of performance in this area of work. You will also be responsible for ensuring that staff are aware of and operate within organisational policies, procedure and national standards To apply for this position, you must hold a professional or academic qualification in Social Work or another relevant field together with substantial experience in a social work setting, together with an excellent understanding of Getting it Right for Everyone principles that are embedded in everyday practice across the Health and Social Care Partnership. A relevant postgraduate or management qualification and previous experience as a people manager is desirable. You will be required to become a Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme member prior to commencing in this role and you must be registered or eligible for registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC).
