The Opportunity
Our client is one of the UK’s most respected property advisory businesses, with an established reputation across residential sales, lettings, valuation and consultancy services. Due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for a commercially minded and ambitious Business Development Executive to join their highly successful Country Department, based in Richmond.
This position offers a unique platform for individuals looking to develop a long-term career within a prestigious property environment, working alongside experienced professionals and engaging with a broad spectrum of clients across multiple property markets.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in generating valuation opportunities, strengthening client relationships and supporting revenue growth across both sales and lettings divisions. Whilst valuation generation forms a key performance metric, overall success is ultimately measured by the revenue banked and business generated throughout the year.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new business opportunities through outbound telephone activity and client engagement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Identify opportunities across residential sales, lettings and associated property services.
- Arrange valuation appointments and support instructions across multiple markets.
- Maintain accurate records and manage follow-up activity effectively.
- Work closely with colleagues across various departments to maximise revenue opportunities.
- Consistently deliver high levels of client service and professionalism.
- Target approximately 70 outbound calls per day to build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities.
About You

- Comfortable engaging with clients over the telephone and building rapport quickly.
- Previous experience in sales, business development, recruitment, estate agency, telesales or a client-facing environment would be advantageous, although not essential.

Remuneration & Incentives
- Basic salary from £27,000+.
- Realistic first-year earnings of £50,000+.
- Top performers regularly achieve £75,000+ earnings.
- Completely uncapped commission structure.
- Earn a percentage of revenue banked, with commission rates increasing in line with annual performance.
- Opportunity to earn up to 6% commission on revenue generated.
- Additional annual performance incentives and bonus schemes.
- £1,500 annual bonus for achieving annual target.
- £5,000 bonus awarded to the individual securing the highest number of instructions across the team.

Training & Development
The organisation is committed to investing in its people and offers a structured onboarding programme designed to support new starters in building a successful pipeline.
During the six-month probationary period, individuals receive commission based on departmental banking performance, providing immediate earning potential whilst establishing their own client base and pipeline.
Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 9:00am – 5:30pm
- Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
