We’re a small, creative team with a big output, and we’re now looking for a dedicated digital marketing hire to help us deliver exceptional social media and online presence management for our clients.
THE ROLE
This is a client-facing digital marketing role at the heart of what we do. You’ll be responsible for managing and growing the social media presence and digital marketing activity of multiple Lost Road clients – businesses across different industries who trust us to tell their story online.
You’ll own the strategy and execution across client accounts, working directly with the founder to deliver results that genuinely matter to our clients. It’s a varied, fast-moving role that requires someone who can switch between client voices, spot opportunities, and produce great content.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Social Media & Content
- Manage social media channels across multiple client accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and others as relevant)
- Producing shot lists and organising social shoots.
- Develop tailored content strategies for each client, aligned to their brand, goals, and audience
- Plan, create, and publish content consistently – including short-form video, graphics, and copy
- Be the day-to-day social media lead for clients, maintaining their voice and visual identity across all platforms
Digital Marketing
- Develop and own the digital marketing strategy for each client, tailored to their sector, audience, and commercial goals
- Plan and manage paid social campaigns (Meta Ads) across client accounts to drive awareness, engagement, and leads
- Build and evolve channel strategies that go beyond posting – identifying the right platforms, content formats, and messaging for each client
- Support wider digital marketing activity including email campaigns and website content where required
- Regularly review and refine strategies based on performance data, market trends, and client feedback
- Identify growth opportunities – partnerships, collaborations, trends – that could benefit individual clients
Reporting & Client Management
- Track and report on performance metrics across all client accounts, translating data into clear insights and recommendations
- Maintain strong client relationships, communicating proactively about strategy, results, and ideas
- Work closely with the production team to align content output with broader campaign activity
Operations
- Manage scheduling and publishing tools across multiple accounts (e.g. Later, Buffer, or similar)
- Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging trends
- Help shape and refine Lost Road’s own digital marketing processes as we grow
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Essential
- 5+ years in social media or digital marketing, ideally managing multiple clients or brands simultaneously
- Proven ability to grow audiences and drive engagement across different industries and brand voices
- Strong content creation skills – comfortable producing short-form video, writing copy, and briefing or creating visuals
- Solid working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
- Excellent written English with the ability to adapt tone and style to suit different client brands.
- Report data clearly and effectively.
- Highly organised and self-sufficient – you can juggle multiple clients without dropping the ball
Desirable
- Experience working agency-side or within a production/creative company
- Background in or passion for purpose-driven brands and social impact sectors
- Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g. Mailchimp)
- Basic video editing skills
WHAT WE OFFER
- £40,000 for 4 days/week (£50k FTE equivalent) dependent on experience.
- Remote with flexible hours, occasional in-person meetings with clients and internal team.
