Keyworker – Family Support (Maternity Cover)

The role
We are looking to appoint a dynamic individual to join our Children, Young People and Families team to deliver whole family work and one-to-one work with children, young people and parents in a variety of settings including family homes, schools, youth and community settings.
Responsibilities
- Getting a good education
- Good early years development

- Promoting recovery and reducing harm from substance use
- Improved family relationships
- Children safe from abuse and exploitation
- Crime prevention and tackling crime
- Safe from domestic abuse
- Secure housing
- Financial stability
Full or part-time hours will be considered with a minimum of 3 days per week.
About you
Are you inspired by playing an important role in changing people’s lives? Do you have experience of working to holistically address identified needs of children and young people aged 0-19 in paid or voluntary capacity and a minimum L3 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent? Interested in applying?

This post involves work in the community and travel. The candidate can be based from the office full time or hybrid with some work from home as appropriate to the role.
