Secondary Supply Teachers – Bedfordshire

• Deliver engaging lessons in line with school curriculum requirements
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively to ensure a positive learning environment
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of different learners
• Mark work, assess progress, and provide constructive feedback where appropriate
• Follow school policies, procedures, and safeguarding requirements
• Experience teaching in a UK Secondary school setting is essential
• Confidence teaching your subject across Key Stages 3 and 4 (Key Stage 5 desirable)
• Experience in supply, cover, or long-term classroom roles is advantageous
• Newly Qualified Teachers and Early Career Teachers are also encouraged to apply

Skills:

• Strong classroom management and organisational abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to deliver engaging, differentiated lessons
• Flexibility to adapt to different school settings and timetables

Educational requirements:

• Specialism in any Secondary subject area welcomed
• Evidence of continued professional development is desirable
• Valid DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply
