Role Overview
We are offering a long-term internship opportunity in Corporate Law for motivated and detail-oriented candidates. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in key areas of corporate legal practice and is set to commence in August 2025.
Responsibilities
Conduct legal research on corporate, securities, and contract laws
Draft and review commercial contracts and agreements
Support legal due diligence processes
Contribute to legal articles and publications
Assist in client negotiations and documentation
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or completed an undergraduate degree in law
Strong understanding of legal drafting and documentation
Excellent research and analytical skills
Clear and confident communication skills
Highly organized with attention to detail
Prior experience or interest in corporate law is an advantage
Note: A stipend may be offered in accordance with industry standards.
