Wrapping Machinery Setter/Operator – DM/TM

We are recruiting a Sitma setter/operator with extensive experience in setting, running and troubleshooting Sitma poly & paper wrap machines, inkjet cartridge‑based equipment, and related ancillary systems. The role involves managing a small team, maintaining production records, cleaning and maintaining equipment, and adhering to safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Sitma poly & paper wrap machines to high standards.
• Set up and troubleshoot inkjet cartridge‑based inkjetting equipment.
• Manage a team and coordinate production schedules.
• Complete production records accurately.
• Clean and maintain equipment.
• Follow safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience setting and running Sitma, Buhrs, CMC, or Norpak poly wrapping equipment.
• Experience as a Sitma setter with finishing skills is advantageous.
• Knowledge of inkjet printers, polyprop bundle strapping, and Robotech gluing systems.
• Ability to fault‑find and repair equipment related to the role.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Willingness to train others.
