You will support the Director of CDM at a national level and work within a team across the country. The role may progress to the position of Head of CDM at Associate level, leading a significant team. Locally, you will collaborate closely with a few dozen colleagues from other disciplines.
The focus is on delivering projects and ensuring compliance. No need to generate new business; clients and work will be provided.

Responsibilities
- Advise end‑user clients and lead consultants on CDM (2015) compliance, helping them understand responsibilities and navigate regulations.
- Review design information and prepare pre‑construction information and health & safety files to ensure projects remain safe and compliant from the start.
- Conduct site inspections and audits.
- Mentor junior consultants and shape best practice both internally and externally.
Qualifications
- Strong CDM experience equivalent to Senior CDM PD / Consultant.
- NEBOSH and/or APS accreditation.
- Confidence in client‑facing and design team‑facing situations.
