Responsible for beverage service to guests, cocktails, and food servers in an assigned outlet, ensuring efficient and prompt service.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Mix and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and procedures.
• Receive, issue, and maintain records of liquor store supplies.
• Balance sales in compliance with the Cash Handling and Over/Short Policy.
• Maintain a neat and clean bar station continuously.
• Apply knowledge of the Dram Shop Act and bartender responsibilities and rights.
• Adhere to all beverage regulations.
• Collaborate with cocktailers, casino utilities, servers, and supervisors to ensure efficient operation.
• Work in outlets as needed.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Previous bartending experience of at least one year.• Alcohol Awareness Training completed within the last two months.
