Your Role as an Autism Support Worker

• Supporting individuals with mental health conditions in a residential and community setting
• Encouraging independence with daily living tasks
• Supporting service users with hobbies, activities, and social engagement
• Building positive, professional relationships with people who have varying needs and abilities
• Promoting dignity, respect, and wellbeing always

Requirements

• Aged 18 or over
• Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
• Minimum 6 months experience in a healthcare or support setting with people with autism.
• Female applicants only
• UK driving licence and willing to drive clients mobility car.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport with vulnerable adults
