Position
Due to organic growth, we are currently recruiting for several Welder Fabricators to join this well‑established manufacturing business.
Key Responsibilities of the Welder Fabricator
- MIG and TIG Welding to a BS EN 1090 standard.
- Read and interpret technical engineering drawings.
- Inspect your own work and maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control.
- Assemble products to specifications.
Candidate Preferences
- Qualification in Welding and Fabricating
- Previous work experience within a similar welding‑focused role, such as Sheet Metal Workers, MIG and TIG Welders
- Ability to read from engineering drawings.
- Experienced with BS EN 1090 standards.
- Comfortable working with hand and power tools.
Working Hours
- Monday To Thursday (06:00-15:00)
- Friday (06:00-11:00)
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Rate: 17.65 (increasing after probation period).
- Early finish on a Friday.
- Production Bonus paid quarterly.
- 25 days holiday + 8 days bank holiday.
