Job Role: Architectural Technician in Dungannon

Our growing Construction client in the Dungannon area requires an Architectural Technician / Technologist to join their team. In this role you will support the design and delivery of a diverse range of building projects valued between £200k–£5M. You’ll be involved from early concept stages through to construction and completion on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce planning, tender, and construction drawings
• Develop technical details and material schedules
• Ensure designs meet budgets and standards
• Prepare and submit Planning & Building Control applications
• Perform U-value calculations and ensure compliance
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants
• Attend design meetings and site visits
• Support tender submissions
• Ensure Building Regulations and CDM compliance

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in a similar role
• Strong technical knowledge of construction and detailing
• Experience across all project stages
• Good understanding of UK regulations and planning
• Confident communicator and coordinator
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
