From workflow to CAD drawings, from materials to labour, from R&D to quality control — you’ll be the person who makes the whole machine run smoothly.

This is a role for someone who wants ownership, influence, and the chance to shape how a department operates.

What You’ll Do

• Lead a skilled manufacturing team and build a culture of accountability and pride
• Keep every job on track, on spec, and on time
• Create accurate CAD drawings that drive efficient, error?free production
• Own labour, materials, and cost control like a pro
• Experiment, innovate, and help develop new products and processes
• Improve systems, streamline workflows, and reduce waste
• Maintain high quality standards and eliminate rework
• Provide quotes and help build a pricing system that actually makes sense

What You Bring

• Strong manufacturing or production leadership experience
• Confident CAD and technical drawing skills
• A love of structure, visibility, and organised processes
• Commercial awareness and a sharp eye for cost control
• Calm, solutions?driven thinking — even when deadlines bite
• Experience in print, events, exhibitions, signage, or bespoke build (a big plus)
