Design Manager – Lead Commercial Build Program

Design Manager role in Eastbourne for a long-term commercial build. You will manage the design process across the project lifecycle, coordinating consultants, architects and specialist subcontractors, reviewing information for buildability, and resolving design and technical issues.

Monitor design programmes to ensure deadlines are met and liaise with project delivery teams to maintain seamless coordination throughout delivery.
