Creative Support is seeking Support Workers for a bespoke development in Alcester. The role involves providing care and support for individuals with learning disabilities, promoting their independence and wellbeing. Candidates will assist with personal care, medication management, and domestic tasks while encouraging social activities.
No previous experience is required, and the role offers flexible hours. In addition, successful applicants will undergo a full induction and can progress towards leadership roles and a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care.
