Outpatient Clinic Receptionist & Scheduler

Merseywestlancs is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals for the position of Patient Booking Service (PBS) Clinic Receptionist across St Helens and Whiston Hospitals. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

The successful candidates will manage patient appointments and provide support in the busy Outpatients Department. Relevant training will be provided, and candidates must be flexible with working hours to meet varying demands.
