We are looking for an experienced anddedicatedDeputy Nursery Managerto join a well-established nursery setting inEaling.
This is afull-time, permanent rolewithin a supportive earlyyearsenvironment, working closely with the Nursery Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the setting and the delivery of high-quality care and education.
You will be:
Supporting the Nursery Manager in the day-to-day management of the nursery
Leading and supporting staff within the room tomaintainhigh standardsof care and education
Deputisingfor the Nursery Manager whenrequired
Supporting planning, observations, and assessments in line with the EYFS framework
Assistingwith administrative and office-based duties, including compliance and record keeping
Building positive relationships with parents and carers
Ensuring safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery procedures arefollowed at all times
The successful candidate will hold aminimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Yearsand have proven experience as aRoom Leader or in a similar supervisory rolewithin anursery setting. A strong understanding of the EYFS framework, Ofsted requirements, and the ability to balance room-based and office responsibilities is essential.
