Client Liaison Analyst
We are seeking a Client Liaison Analyst to join our newly formed team at Pyrford International. You will report to the Client Liaison Manager and support the Client Analytics function, delivering the high‑touch service expected by our boutique client.
Responsibilities
- Support the Customer Analytics Lead by handling ad‑hoc analysis, including:
- Capital preservation event table production
- BBG buyback yield analysis
- SolvencyII reporting (not supported by CTI)
- RG97 client contributions and withdrawals coordination
- Review product data on platforms with specific Pyrford knowledge and deliver timely findings.
- Prepare bespoke valuations and quarterly distribution external ad‑hoc reporting.
- Manage client custodian FX reporting, assuming the majority of clients shift to passive FX management.
- Provide mandate‑ or client‑specific commentary.
- Produce periodic responsible‑investment reporting, including TCFD and SFDR annual disclosures.
Qualifications
- Experience in financial services and operations, preferably in an asset manager.
- Solid understanding of trade lifecycle management, corporate actions, and failed trade resolution, enabling effective stakeholder, vendor, and client engagement.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of EU/UK regulatory environments.
- Experience in data management, analysis, process management, and implementation roles.
- Advanced proficiency with Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, and MS Word.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a creative, adaptive mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Comfortable navigating an unstructured, complex environment and interacting with senior business stakeholders.
- A willingness to challenge the status quo and improve the quality of outcomes.
Collaboration & Work Environment
We value face‑to‑face collaboration. Employees are expected to work in the office at least four days a week, with one day of flexible work‑from‑home. Some roles may require additional in‑office time.
