Financials and Benefits

• Base Salary: £23,000 per annum (guaranteed earnings period for the first 3 months).
• On-Target Earnings: £40,000 per annum uncapped commission.

• Work Pattern & Balance: Flexible 5‑day week, every third Saturday off.
• Paid Holiday: 33 days, plus birthday off.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver expert marketing advice to clients and accurate valuations and listings.
• Identify new business leads and market trends, positioning yourself as local go‑to property expert.
• Collaborate with the sales team to match listed properties with qualified buyers and drive overall branch profitability.
• Support branch management by running morning meetings and inspiring the team in the absence of the Branch Manager.

• Proven track record in residential property instructions.
• Experience in successful valuation and listing of properties within the current market.
• Exceptional relationship‑building skills and natural ability to convert market appraisals into instructions.
