Rural Surveyor (MRICS and RICS Registered Valuer) – Vacancy Reference: AB

We are currently looking for experienced, passionate, and dedicated Rural Surveyors to join a fantastic established business. In this role you will support and advise a variety of clients in the rural, agricultural, residential, and mixed-use sectors, delivering Red Book valuations, landlord and tenant work, access and rights advice, and wider rural consultancy.

Key Responsibilities

• Red Book valuation for a wide range of rural assets.
• Advising private clients on access and rights matters.
• Strategic advice to agricultural landlords and tenants.
• Collaboration with agency, research and specialist teams.
• Working with the team to identify and secure new business.
• Applying tax principles in valuation and consultancy.
• Preparing high-quality written reports.
• Supporting a collaborative team culture.

Candidate Requirements

• MRICS qualified.
• RICS registered valuer.
• Excellent numerate, analytical and technical skills.
• Ability to produce high-quality written reports, including Red Book valuations.
• Ability to manage your own workload and time to meet deadlines.
• Eagerness to experiment, push boundaries and deliver efficiency in addition to effectiveness.
• NVQ Level 2, Scottish NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification.

Location: Various positions available across the UK.

Salary Package: Up to £60,000 basic salary (maximum depending on skills and experience) plus car allowance and benefits.
