Site Traffic Controller & Gate Marshal

3D Personnel are currently looking for a Traffic Marshal for a construction project in Poole. The role involves greeting site visitors, ensuring they sign in, and managing site access for authorized personnel.

Applicants must hold a valid CSCS card and a Traffic Marshal ticket, in addition to having full PPE and valid identification. This position offers weekly payroll and dedicated staff support.
